Each of our products are made as sustainably as possible and are intended to last for a long period of time. All Crown Affair packaging is recyclable, reusable and compostable.

Our products are made with materials sourced from all over the world. We work with the best craftsmen and chemists from Italy, Switzerland, Japan, and Korea to create clean formulas and beautiful tools that transform your everyday hair routine into a true ritual.

We never test on animals, and all of our products are 100% cruelty-free! All of our products are vegan, except for Brushes No. 001 and No. 003, which are made with boar bristles, and The Scrunchie No. 002, which is made from silkworms.

Yes! All of our products are sulfate and paraben free. You can read our full no list here.

Items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please use our returns and exhanges portal here. All returns will be charged a handling fee which is subtracted from your total refund. Your handling fee is subject to your order value. Refunds reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing.

If you receive any products that are damaged or are not of the highest quality, we will offer you a replacement free of charge. If you’d like to exchange products just out of preference, that’s ok too — we’re happy to accommodate. Use our returns and exchanges porteal here. Please prodive details and we will be happy to help process your request.

We do not currently offer a formal sampling program at Crown Affair.

We currently ship our products to customers in the U.S, including Alaska and Hawaii and Canada. We are working on international expansion to make sure that those living outside of the U.S/Canada can enjoy our rituals soon!

We offer three shipping options: Standard (5-10 Business Days) for both U.S and Canada orders. Rush (1-2 Business Days), and Next Day (1 Business Day) are offered for US orders only. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 for U.S orders and over $100 for Canada orders.

Orders that are placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

Due to current shipping delays as a result of COVID-19, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take slightly longer to arrive.

The Towel is made of 76% polyester and 24% polyamide. Oversized for optimal drying, The Towel measures approximately 32” x 38”.

Wet hair is more prone to breakage, and the abrasive texture of a regular cotton towel can create further damage. The Towel is made from a custom waffle microfiber that gently blots moisture from your hair, drying it in a fraction of the time and preventing breakage and frizz. It stays put with an elastic strap, which keeps everything in place so you can live your life while drying, and is lighter than a bath towel, protecting your neck.

Yes, both products feature our signature, light scent with top notes of Italian bergamot, yuzu, and lemongrass, and base notes of amber and wood. It is a gentle fragrance that is not too overpowering.

Yes! Both products are gluten free.
