Ready For Spring

Ready For Spring

By Crown Affair

The sun is shining longer and the days are getting warmer. Spring is that refreshing, restorative time of year when everything wakes up—flowers blossom, fresh leaves grow from trees, grass turns green.

Spring is also an opportunity to start something new: clear your living space, for example. Or start a new daily ritual that embodies the season. To make the transition out of winter even more meaningful, we like to do a little metaphorical (and literal) spring cleaning. Here’s how:

Make space

A cluttered space leads to a cluttered mind. Make a little more room by clearing out extra kitchen utensils, clothing, and household products you don’t need or no longer love. Donate when possible.

Set a seasonal intention

Intentions are continuous commitments that align with your personal values and beliefs. Your spring intention can be as simple as living with more ease, love, or compassion.

Treat your tools

Refresh your hair brush with the Brush Cleaner. This specialized tool is designed to easily remove excess hair and fluff so your brush is as good as new all the time.

Re-stack your vanity

Check the ingredients listed on the care products you use daily. Shift away from anything formulated with parabens, sulfates, and other harmful ingredients and opt for cleaner, safer ones.

Get some sun

Wake up 30 minutes earlier to take a walk or meditate in the sun. Sunlight boosts serotonin levels, which restores your energy and helps keep you relaxed, joyful, and focused for the day.
