Embroidered towels are customized just for you and will ship separately in their own package. Please allow up to two weeks for your custom order to ship. Embroidered items are final sale and non-refundable.

• Spaces count as characters.
• Numbers 0–9 and the following special characters are allowed: !$%&,.@'-=+
• You can enter text in uppercase or lowercase, but embroidery will be formatted in capitalized case (example: Love You).
• Initials are also formatted in capitalized case so they won’t appear in all caps (e.g., “ABC” → “Abc”).
